All the rooms and cottages have attached bathrooms with
running hot and cold water supply. The rooms are provided
with uninterrupted power supply along with telephone
facility. Satellite TV and Bath tub room heaters also
provided. There is two dining rooms, one indoor and one
outdoor, both the dining rooms shall face to spices and tea
gardens. The other facilities are indoor games. Best quality
food is provided at the resort. The Kitchen is equipped with
all modern facilities for the disposal of water. Proper
drainage and sewage systems and proper continuous pure water
supply is available.

Cuisine. Indian food is not just curry. The variety of
Indian food is amazing Armed with the basic ingredients from
our store (like basmati rice, lentils, Tandoori marinades,
pickles, curry pastes, clarified butter (ghee) and lentil
crackers (Pappadums), spices like cumin and mustard seeds,
coriander, cayenne, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon,
bay leaves and whole red chills) Most meals are vegetarian
in Kerala consisting of one, two or three dishes with
seasonal vegetables, a sambar/rasam dish, aviyal, chutneys,
pickles, papad, rice. A non-vegetarian meal may consist of a
dish of fish, prawns, crab, oyster, meat of chicken or duck,
pork, beef, mutton etc ,along with chappati, rice, appam,
kappa etc. Pickles and Chutneys are accompaniments to a
Keralite meal. They are used in small quantities and they
titillate the tongue with their unique concoctions of
marinated veggies and spices. They can be wonderfully sweet,

own specialties. Basically, Kerala sweets are different
forms of rice puddings, payasam, milk puddings, vegetables &
fruits dipped in sweet syrup, sweets are decorated/garnished
with raisins, nuts, almonds, pistachio and the like. Some
other popular sweets are :- Kheer, Halwa (pudding), Rasgulla
(spongy cheese balls, dipped in sugar syrup), Gulabjamun and
ladoos.
